DO I HAVE TO RENEW?
We recommend renewing your maintenance plan to keep your system running efficiently and avoid costly surprises. Renewal is optional, entirely your choice.
WILL YOU CONTACT ME TO SCHEDULE MY MAINTENANCE APPOINTMENTS?
Yes, Legacy Comfort Systems will contact you to schedule your maintenance. We send friendly email reminders when it’s time for service and help you lock in a convenient appointment.
DO I STILL HAVE TO PAY REPAIR COSTS AS A MEMBER IF MY SYSTEM FAILS?
You do still have to pay for repair costs. However, as a Legacy Comfort Systems maintenance plan member, you’ll receive 10% off parts and labor on covered equipment plus priority scheduling. Maintenance reduces breakdowns and our tune-ups often catch issues early, but it doesn’t eliminate the need for repairs.
WHEN IS MAINTENANCE PERFORMED ON MY EQUIPMENT?
We recommend scheduling furnace maintenance in the fall and air conditioning service in the spring. If it’s easier, Legacy Comfort Systems can perform both during a single visit, just tell us what works best for your schedule.
